Research service

ORBIT provides commercial research from lawful sources. Results are intelligence, not guarantees, certifications, legal advice, laboratory analysis, or a promise of a completed sale.

Customer responsibilities

You must provide lawful product descriptions and use results in accordance with privacy, trade, sanctions, anti-spam and consumer-protection laws. Restricted or misleading claims are prohibited.

Payment and delivery

Prices are confirmed at checkout. Research begins only after credits are successfully deducted or a manual payment is verified. Delivery times are estimates and may change when source access or verification requires additional review.

Data and accounts

You are responsible for account security and authorised users. We retain audit and billing records needed to operate the service and meet legal obligations.
