ORBIT stores account, organisation, order, billing and service-usage data needed to provide the platform. Customer workspaces are logically isolated by organisation.

Research data

Research uses lawful business sources and retains source references, observed dates and confidence. Customers must use personal and business contact information lawfully.

Security and retention

Passwords are hashed. Payment status is verified on the server and provider secrets are never exposed in the browser. Operational, security, invoice and audit records are retained according to business and legal requirements.
